How many passes can you complete in 24 seconds with your dominant hand
How about with your non-dominant hand?
In this activity, you are working on balance, coordination, touch, accuracy, reactions, and more. Have fun with it! See how much you can improve throughout the next couple days. Upload your scores in the Team Chat on TeamSnap to challenge your teammates.
There a total of 6 variations for this challenge - the 3 types of passes (overhand • underhand • behind the back) with your dominant hand and with your non-dominant hand.
